Innovative Employee Solutions (IES) recognizes our responsibility as a good corporate citizen to help enrich our surrounding communities of residence and work.
IES is proud to support the volunteer efforts of our employees. Every year, we provide our staff with paid Volunteer Time Off (VTO) hours for volunteer work performed for 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) organizations and for school volunteer work. On average, our IES employees spend 450 annual work hours volunteering at these organizations, and maintain a collective goal of over 350 volunteer hours for their own personal causes. Our proudest achievement? We’ve been recognized three times by our national industry association for outstanding achievement in social responsibility – and the IES Cares program is now the foundation of our corporate culture of servant leadership and employee engagement.
