Outsourced payroll and HR administration firm receives top honors at global recruiter conference.
SAN DIEGO, CA – November 18, 2010 – Innovative Employee Solutions® (IES), a nationwide provider of outsourced payroll and human resources (HR) administration services, was honored as the “Emerging Vendor of the Year” by Management Recruiters International (MRI) in a ceremony held at the latter’s annual Global Workshop, which took place at the Westin Hotel in Indianapolis, Indiana on October 1-4.
The awards, which are now in their ninth year, recognize the contributions of exemplary businesses currently providing a product or service to MRI franchise offices around the globe. The award criteria was based on feedback gathered from a companywide survey conducted by MRI Network, in which franchise offices were asked to rate their vendors and service providers on factors such as quality of service, value, problem resolution, significance in contributing to the recruiters’ business operations, and likelihood of referring them to other franchise offices. Vendors are grouped according to category, and the top-ranked vendors in each category are awarded a “Best In Class” designation. In addition, a single “Emerging Vendor of the Year” title is given to a business whose services have recently created a growing, positive impact on a number of MRI franchise offices nationwide.
